There was only one waitress, with like 7 tables. The food wasnt worth the prices, and my husband ate buffet and it was cold. The price for two drinks was $4.50 and almost choked down food before getting a refill :(

Awesome food. Huge serving. Outstanding service. Great overall experience. They also have a lunch buffet on Sunday that is fantastic.

The only place I found nearby that has fresh lettuce rather than bag lettuce chicken salad was great

The food was fresh, though not the worst or best fish ever! I had the Tilapia, Mac and Cheese and Greens. Everything tasted decent and the portion size was acceptable....enough for my 6 year old and myself.The food was delivered pretty quickly, with the exception of the hush puppies. We did not receive the hush puppies until we had all long finished our meal. That was the main drawback for me. A decent place to get fish and veggies in the area.

First time going was very suprised at this place the waitress was nice and helpful and the food was good will go back.

Service is great, however the food could be better, and the salad bar is super sad looking, not enough fixings for the salad at all, price is a little too much for the few items they serve.

This restaurant has gone down hill from when it first opened. Service was good today. The menu has been cut down so options are greatly reduced. The food was ok .

My family has had dinner at Red Snapper several times since it has been opened. We love the new buffet but we never know when they have it. Over the last couple of months our new server has been Gina and she is very attentive and friendly. She made us feel like we were family. She has been the best server they have had so far, very nice, polite, and good personality which only makes our dining experience even better. I do not like the way the owner treats her though. The atmosphere is great, the food is great and the buffet is great too when they decide to have it. If you haven’t tried it out yet you should. Great prices, great food, great portions and great service!

Excellent good food. Only downfall was the buffet was full price even for my 8 year old who ate only a half plate of Mac n cheese, green beans and a few bites of my fish. Wasn't worth the $14 for him but I'll be back with my wife if we can come at the buffet times without him. Excellent food!

Had an event there tonight in their private room, it was awesome. Joseph our waiter was on it. Iman (sp) was great as well all the other staff, down to the cooks. Everyone said the food was delicious. I recommend the Sunday buffet as well. GIVE IT A TRY!!!

Home cook food, but the food was cold. They need lights at the buffet. The one waitress was nice. This place started out good , but thing has change including their prices. Will not be returning.

A friend and I ate seafood there and we both ordered a side of scallops, which were mushy as if not cooked thoroughly. When we told the waitress she said she could have some more prepared but we told her that ok. I couldn't understand how the food was cooked to order, and out so quick, none of it was hot. When we paid our bills separately the waitress took the scallops off of 1 bill but we both had a side and was paying separate. I could see if were were paying together. I give this place a thumbs down. Staff was not the friendliest and we will not be returning there again.

The food has been good. The portions are large. The service has been so so. I wouldn't call it bad but more inexperienced. If you are not in a rush give it a try.

There was a very long wait for over 30 minutes for our food. The bathroom light was out and there was a push light in the bathroom which is not sufficient for a restaurant. I have order take out before but never ate inside this was the first time with my family. Not sure if we will eat inside again. But the food was good.

Food was horrible. Service was horrible.There was not a variety of food. The employee with the reddish dye in her hair had major attitude to the point I had to say something to her about it. Will not be going back ever again. This is a hole in the wall place, that was not clean. There was one employee that did try and salvage our experience. She was friendly and continued to ask if we were ok, she had purplish hair. HORRIBLE PLACE!! WORST PLACE EVER!

The Snapper was a little busy when we got here. Hush puppies were hot and fresh. Food was great as well. Large portions even for the regular plate. We will be back.

sea food was good - Tilapia. The veggies?? Invest in something fresh not canned please! And gravy? I've had better out of a can from Walmart :( Was disappointed with the sides but like I said the fish was good. They need to up the size on the shrimp too - it was all bread, no shrimp

Nothing but good things to say about this place! Fair price, large, great tasting portions, wait staff and owner's son are awesome! I've only ate here twice, but both times have been exceptional! I will be back, and advise you to go check this place out! Went to Z-Town tonight to grab some grub, stopped at the awful house to throw down, went in, sat down and waitress was acting like she was tore up as a 6 legged goat, so after being ignored, I gave the Snapper a ring, they took my order and it was ready when I got there! That's what I call service! and they were even smiling!!! 5 stars!Keith

The waiter was very and knowledgeable about the menu. We had a take out order that was not right. Some of the fish was over cooked while other parts of the order was good. I will try it again when I'm in the area.

I keep going back because i think its going to get better, and it never does. Cold fish, scalding hot half- full mushy vegetables, made from frozen hush puppies. Make sure you check your bag if you ordered takeout. Every single time, I'm missing things like a side, things that normally cone with the meal, and extras that are specifically asked and paid for. Not just once or twice, every single time. They give you slices of lemon so you can't even squeeze it on your food. The staff isnt always happy to come to work and they make sure you know it. I had such high hope for this place when it opened. It went downhill after the 6 month mark. For $13.50 i should have had a way better experience.

Ordered all u can eat buffet everthing on it was cold exept the seafood they did say sorry but still paid $14 not worth it staff sat at table and wait staff seemed lost like they didn't know what was going on no plans on going back very disappointed

Always fresh made to order seafood with friendly service. The atmosphere is better than when they first opened. Try them out and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

The food was great it was hot and fresh. The people was so nice.

My husband had the fried red snapper; declared it was the best he had ever eaten. I chose the large fried shrimp. The were delicious and huge. Good sides, cordial wait staff and pleasant atmosphere made for a very good dining experience.

Amazing as always!! This was our 3rd time and will continue to go here for dinner.

Great hot fish offerings, hush puppies, fried okra! Friendly service. Will make it a point. To return!

The food was cold and the price was overrated for children .it was 15 dollars for kids.

I understand why this place had closed down before, the menu choices is deceiving, the building is run-down and has water damage in the ceiling panels, and the wait staff has attitude issues. The shrimp size is a joke. No matter whether you order so-called regular sized shrimp or jumbo shrimp, they're all just popcorn shrimp, about dime size, and portions are small. The two pieces of flounder fish is exactly that, one fish cut in half, making it two pieces. You'd do so much better to go across the street to McLeans Ole Time Cafe and order their seafood, it's so delicious, the shrimp, scallop, and fish are a nice size and the portions are way more than enough. Don't be fooled by the favorable reviews and waste your money. Go somewhere else!

It was really good, better than I expected. The fried fish was excellent, the popcorn shrimp was also good. Little things like no free refills on soda and no marinara sauce to go with the mozzarella sticks. 4 stars, will return soon!

Ordered of the menu and was pleased. Wife had buffet. It was cold. Noises from back room overwhelming. Talked to management, said they just brought it out. All dishes where half full? Health Dept. will be informed. How safe can chafing stations be all day long? Did seem interested in anything, even though several people sent their's to be microwaved. REALLY DISAPPOINTED with new management. Our waitress, Karen, was very nice and was apologetic!

Opened again under new management. The food is now well seasoned and front house staff super friendly. Love the shrimp plate! They have gained a regular customer in me!

This location closed for awhile but now is reopen and doing good... The menu is simplified and have some traditional food besides seafood... I had the chicken fried chicken , which as ok but lacking rich flavor, likely because the gravy was bland ...the BBQ beans tasted like canned beans BUT the complementary hush puppies were incredible....I do recommend and I looking forward to try other items...
